I was originally only going to wear my fur gillet over my current lust - Sportsgirl's basic white t-shirt which has featured here, here and here - but it was a bit too chilly for my poor arms today (even though the sun was out!) so I thought I'd pop my biker jacket on underneath my gillet on a this-might-work whim. Both the jacket and gillet are cropped slightly at the back and follow the same lines down into the front lapels so they sit nicely together. I was unsure of the combination at first but after a few minutes deliberating in front of the mirror I decided to go with it and if it looked silly at least I'd be warm. After wandering around a few outdoor shops with Locky looking for a backpack and checking myself out in every shop mirror and window (a little vain, I know) I decided that I like it. I feel doubly good about this as I'm trying to limit my spending at the moment so essentially I've taken two jackets and turned them into a third - for free!
I know I said I was going to throw these shoes away but I just can't bring myself to do it. They're just SO comfortable and I keep going to them as I know they don't hurt my feet or give me blisters. What's a girl to do?
