A QUICK REVIEW AUGUST BELLA BOX.

I was really impressed with the contents of this month's Bella box so thought I'd do a quick review. My favourite item this month is WotNot's Facial Wipes - they're made from 100% natural fibres and enriched with certified organic aloe vera, sweet almond oil and rosehip oil to gently remove impurities. They're also free from harsh drying chemicals too. I regulaly use face wipes and have already started using these. My face feels clean and soft after using them and they don't leave any residue behind like some face wipes. Serums are all the rage in the beauty world at the momement but I've never used one and really don't know much about what they do. This month's box included a calming serum - with anti-inflamatory ingredients - and a clearing serum - designed to treat sebum build up. They both sound lovely and I can't wait to give them a go. Also included this month was Uspa's Supernatural Solar Energy Leave-In Serum is a leave-in serum that utalises the properties of wheatgrass to preserve and protect colour treated hair and also doubles as a styling aid and gives heat protection. This sounds perfect for my hair so I was happy to recieved a generous 30ml sample. I've already used the Emerginc Phytocell Detox Mask and will be purchasing a full sized tub of it. It contains Kombucha which minimizes the signs of aging, tightens pores and diminishes fine lines and blemishes, and is also an anti-bacterial agent and antioxident. My skin was feeling red raw yesterday and this mask instatntly soothed it. I only used half of the 3ml sample too - a little goes a long way! I broke my Lush prodcut virginity when I opened this little pot of RO's Argan Body Conditioner. I don't use any body moisturisers often as I don't like the greasy feeling they sometimes leave you with but this one has soaked into my skin quickly. My hands have been feeling a little dry of late so I've popped this one straight on my desk to give a good try. Also included in this month's box was a tube of Aveeno Daily Moisturing Lotion - which is the holy grail moisturiser for me when I do use it. I like it because it is fragrance free and soaks in instantly. The two sachets of Phytocare Daily C are already gone as I couldn't resist trying them right then and there. It's a powder that contains an essential mix of nutriants and but contains no sugar, artificial colours or flavours. It tastes like a lemony iced tea and was very refreshing - sort of like cold Lemsip. Last but not least, Luk Beautifood Lip Nourish in tangarine and vanilla - a 100% natural, edible and food active recipie lip balm with a slight colour. Interesting to say the least.

Rebecca.

    1. We do get quite a bit compared with some of the boxes in the UK. There are only two to choose from though which is a bit of a bummer.

  5. I've never heard about this company, I only knew of the Aus Glossy Box (which I think has now merged with something else?) but I think these are great concepts, if the products and sizes are decent enough to test out! Great review though :)

    1. It's not Lust Have It. I'm not overly impressed with LHI boxes - they're a bit hit and miss.

  9. Wow! This box full of goodies sounds great. I love how they use all-natural ingredients. That calming serum sounds wonderful as well. I have no idea about serums too but it sounds really nice. Tell us about it when you use it. :) Would love to hear how it works.

    1. I must admit, the smell is a little overpowering at first but it feels nice on my skin. I'll save it for when I get sunburn as that's what it is recomended for.
